Terms of service

These are short on purpose. Using condoregister.com means you accept them.

What the service is. CondoRegister collects and summarizes public records about condo buildings and publishes per-building pages, grades, and paid reports. A grade is a summary of public records. It is not a prediction, an appraisal, legal advice, lending advice, or a lending decision. We are not affiliated with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHFA, or any government agency, and we do not have access to Fannie Mae's internal eligibility list.

Accuracy. Public records lag, and sometimes they are wrong. We publish what the record showed on the date we read it, with the date and the source. Do not make a six-figure decision on this site alone; verify against the association's own documents and your own professionals. If you find an error, use corrections.

The $49 report. One-time purchase, delivered by email as a PDF. You see the data-completeness meter before you pay. If your report contains less than the meter showed at checkout, we refund it. Ask within 30 days.

Acceptable use. Do not scrape the site at abusive rates, resell our pages or reports as your own product, or use the register to harass associations or individuals. We publish information about buildings and associations, never about individual unit owners.

Liability. The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the service is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes. We can update these terms; material changes will be dated at the top of this page.
