Wrong or missing? Tell us.

CondoRegister republishes what Florida's public records show. Public records contain errors, and our reading of them can too. When either happens, we want it fixed on the record, not argued about.

If you represent the association: claim your building from its page (the “Claim this building” link) and submit the correction with documentation. We verify your role, process documented corrections within 5 business days, and log every change in the building's record history — the correction becomes part of the record, dated, like everything else.

Anyone else — an agent, an owner, a lender — can email corrections@condoregister.com with the building name, what is wrong, and the document that shows it. Corrections without documentation get reviewed, but paper wins.

What we will not do: remove a building from the register, or delete accurate public records because they are unwelcome. The register is only useful if it is complete in both directions.
