Privacy

What we collect. An email address when you buy a report, watch a building, or claim one — plus whatever you type into those forms. Payments are handled by Stripe; your card number never touches our servers. Forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that you are human.

What we do with it. Deliver what you asked for: the report you bought, the alerts you signed up for, the claim you submitted. We do not sell or rent your email, and we do not add report buyers to a marketing list.

What we publish. Public records about buildings and associations. We never publish information about individual unit owners, and the register holds none.

Analytics. We use privacy-preserving, cookie-free web analytics to count page views. No advertising trackers.

Deletion. Want your email and submissions removed? Write to corrections@condoregister.com and we will delete them within 30 days, except records we must keep for payments.
