CondoRegister is an independent records service. We read Florida's public condo filings — the DBPR register, the SIRS and building-report databases, and county records — and publish what they show, building by building, with every factor linked to its source.

We built it because condo deals die against information the people in the deal cannot see. Fannie Mae's eligibility list is secret. Florida's filings are not. Reading them early is the difference between a pricing conversation in week one and a denial letter in week three.

We are not affiliated with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHFA, or the State of Florida. We do not have access to Fannie Mae's internal list, and we say so on every page. A grade here is a summary of public records, never a lending decision. The full method is public on the methodology page, and anyone can dispute a record through corrections.
